NI master class
Unconscious excellence in leadership and personal growth
This intense residential programme is for directors and chief executives who want to minimise abstraction time from their workplace.
Its accelerated learning pace makes it ideal for those who are used to maintaining high levels of concentration and intellectual effort into the evening.
Deliverables
Leadership
The Master Class shows how to transform your leadership effectiveness by resonating with your followers:
- Why it's so easy to fall back into dissonant leadership behaviours - and how to avoid doing so
- Four emotionally proficient leadership styles that work
- A near-ubiquitous leadership culture which, counter-intuitively because it's about excellence, doesn't!
- How you can reliably make lasting behaviour changes which resiliently embody the resonant styles
Zest for Life
All New Impetus variants share a generic deliverable, massively improved Zest for Life:
- Motivation, drive, energy, initiative
- Can-do-will-do spirit, positivity & optimism, resilience
- Confidence, self-belief, self-worth
- Realising one's full potential - more relevant to fulfilment than achievement per se
- Taking responsibility for one's own situation and outcomes
Zest which lasts and renews itself comes from within. By the pragmatic application of cognitive behavioural psychology you will learn how to optimise it.
Approach
New Impetus delivers lasting change by addressing things at source via:
- Psychology: Cognitive-behavioural psychology explains that we learn characteristic patterns of thinking and behaviour to which we default. We will show you simple, powerful, practical mental exercises to sustainably change your defaults.
- Neuroscience: Neuro-plasticity explains that patterns of thought and behaviour exist in the brain as links between neurons. Reconfiguring them changes how we think and behave. We will show you proven down-to-earth techniques for directing this natural process as you choose.
