new impetus is run in four formats:

  • in-company programmes tailored to client specific business and target outcomes, three or four days over six weeks in classes between 4 and 40; ongoing individual mentoring for key individuals
  • master class, a demanding 1 and a half + half day programme for senior leaders in classes of between 2 and 20. Suitable for those who can handle a highly accelerated learning pace. Individual mentoring follow up
  • overview for colleagues not included in in-company full training, classes of 50-400 1day + half day follow-up after 4 weeks. Ensures colleagues' support rather than detract from the impact of the main programme
  • open programmes bring together participants from different organisations eg for people who miss their company's main programme (2 days plus a 1-day follow-up after six weeks):
