Graham Keen
Our founder Graham Keen brings 10 years boardroom experience in consumer & medical electronics, retail, and contract services. He also offers 12 years as a professional adviser in financial management, corporate finance, M&A and privatisation, prior to GKP.
Ever since it enabled him to come back from personal loss fifteen years ago, Graham has devoted himself to understanding contemporary science's contribution to developing personal and organisational potential. For twelve years he has used this expertise to help blue-chip companies in the UK, continental Europe, and the US.

Hilary McCarthy
Hilary McCarthy has 14 years leadership team experience in the software development and private health sectors, including eight years as Head of Operations and Head of HR.
A proactive HR leader, intuitive coach and perceptive consultant, Hilary has extensive experience of advising on business performance, mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, motivation and engagement. She is an engineering graduate of the University of Sheffield, an associate member of CIPD, and a charter member of the International Positive Psychology Association.
Dr Almuth McDowall
Almuth McDowall is a lecturer in Organisational Psychology at the University of Surrey where she trains budding psychologists and supervises Masters and Doctoral students. A lively and engaging bilingual tutor Almuth delivers assignments in German, English or both.
She is a regular presenter at national and international conferences, and has published widely on training & development, coaching, psychometrics and work/life balance. She often works with public and private sector clients to deliver and design bespoke interventions in these areas and cross cultural aspects of organisational life.
Dr Paul Noall
Paul Noall brings 25 years advising on and training organisational change, performance and management development, including leading business units at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Hay McBer, and time with Dalgety.
An experienced chief executive who has also led several successful turnarounds, Paul has worked from board to junior management with multinationals, larger SME's, and in the public sector. He has a first from Queen's University, and both Masters and Doctorate in Business Administration from Manchester Business School where he occasionally teaches strategy.
